Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or alterations will not be eligible for a refund.

Our team will provide you with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Non-refundable items: Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as "non-returnable" are not eligible for refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing and availability.

Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs, at no charge to you.
